Logistics Support

•Ensure proper maintenance of all premises at the coordination (guest house, office and warehouses) and manage the rentals
•Ensure that the site is equipped with the minimum infrastructure (offices and accommodation) required to carry out the work and accommodate the teams in optimal safety conditions.
•Manage the vehicle fleet and travel, and organize the maintenance of all equipment belonging to the site.
•Organize the movement of vehicles on a weekly basis.

Coordination, Reporting and Dissemination:
•Ensure good coordination with the Base Supply Chain Department.
•Participate in and actively participate in all relevant internal and external coordination level meetings.
