•Arrangement of audit of partners by an auditor appointed by German Doctors itself which is the first time in Bangladesh. Previously auditors were engaged by partners (NGOs) themselves. My engagement included development of the TOR, RFP, bidding process, communication and selection.
•In depth monitoring of a “Covid19 Response Project” implemented in Barisal and Mymensing districts of Bangladesh by “Caritas” an international NGO.
