My career was began as an aircraft production engineer; because of perseverance, meticulousness and initiative, I received the position of production manager.The production was in critical condition with problematic personnel in decline and low quality of products, in 3 years with team we are increased production at 10 times(produced 1500 planes), introduced new 3 models, improved equipment and management methods, hired and trained 300 employees.
The next experience was related to growing my business in agriculture. Income was increased in several times, the production base was expanded, modern processing technologies were introduced.
Took significant part in a project to transfer composite aircraft production technology to China (manufacture of composite parts, personnel training (50 people), assembly, painting, quality management system, document flow, tooling production, metalworking production, audits.) At results was successful conducted audit for serial production.
The next stage is work in the quality department in an international corporation. Existing control system was improved (the level of costs for defects and errors was reduced by 8 times), ISO9001 audits were successfully completed, a plan with a budget was developed for the implementation of HACCP food safety standards
An interesting step that continues to this day is the management of a design group for the development and maintenance of aircraft. A team of 20+7 engineers was found and hired (headhunting) to develop and support several aircraft models
Based on recommendations, I was involved in business management development in American companies (Amazon, retail, services). Developed and implemented planning, KPIs, control systems
I have experience in back office management (HR, recruiting, finance, sales, quality) for an American outsourcing/service company. The KPI system was developed and implemented, a team was formed, and the planned growth rate of 30% was achieved.
