branch – Makhteshim-Agan Ukraine LLC. The company manufactured and sold generic
(off-patented) agrochemicals (pesticides). Proceeded official company registration, made
staff selection, started local operation from the scratch. Managed daily activity in Ukraine
– products registration, sales, commercial negotiations, strategic planning, budgeting,
reporting of P&L and financial statements etc. The number of employees – 25. In 2010
managed company to achieve the sales in amount of USD 10 ml in Ukraine with 100% of
money collection. Main customers were leading Ukrainian agricultural distributors,
dealers, end-users.

Kemira GrowHow Ukraine LLC, Kiev
August, 2005 – February, 2008
Managing Director & CEO. Processed official registration of Kemira GrowHow Ukraine
LLC (Ukrainian branch of Kemira GrowHow, Finland). Managed company start up
including office settlement, staff (in number of 20) selection and employment. At the
period of 2005-2008 (in 2008 Kemira GrowHow was taken over by Yara SA, Norway)
succeeded sales growth with different Kemira`s products (fertilizers) from EUR 2 ml in
2006 to EUR 8 ml in 2007.
Kept full responsibility for company activity, P&L reporting, monthly Income Statements
reporting, staff management and other issues related.

April, 2002 – April, 2005
Head of Representative Office. Daily managed rep-office operation, sales staff in
number of 20 directly responsible for the business with different chemical specialties
manufactured by Rhodia Group enterprises. Personally proceeded sales of the products
manufactured by Rhodia Home & Personal Care Industrial Ingredients (Rhodia HPCII),
Rhodia Pharma Solutions and Rhodia Industrial Ingredients. Kept full responsibility for
operation efficacy, sales and financial results. Due to the business of Rhodia Food
products in Ukraine established numerous connections to key food producers in the
country. During 2002-2005 annual sales turnover has grown from 4,5 ml EUR up to 11 ml

Head of Agrochemical and Pesticides Department
Responsibility: day to day management of staff of 6 plus 2 local staff in Crimea and
Kherson (Southern Ukraine). Negotiations and contracting with Ukrainian customers for
the sales of pesticides and sprayers manufactured by Brazilian company JACTO.
Arranged and proceeded meetings and negotiations with Ukrainian authorities such as
Ministries of Economy, Finance, Agriculture, Industry, Ukrainian Agency for
reconstruction and development, Ukrainian Export-Import Bank, different committees of
Ukrainian Parliament.
Represented business with products manufactured by Uniroyal Chemical Inc. (USA).
Collaborated closely to technical and commercial staff of Uniroyal Chemical Ltd. based in
Langley, Slough, UK and Sumitomo Corporation (UK) PLC, London. Promoted sprayers
manufactured by company Jacto (Brazil).
Achievements: success in obtaining of Japanese Government Loan to the Ukraine in
amount of $10.3 million for purchase of pesticides supplied by Sumitomo Corporation.
Success in the pesticides business with Joint Stock Company AGROKHIMCENTER in
amount of $5 million.
Success in the business with JACTO (Brazil) sprayers in amount of USD 200,000.-

Designed and succeeded special business-development program `Golden Grain` that
has leaded to the business worth $3.5 million with seed treatment Vitavax 200FF
manufactured by Uniroyal Chemical, USA. It made Vitavax 200FF No1 product in
Ukraine in the 90th.
Awarded with Commendation Letter of Managing Director of Sumitomo Corporation
Tokyo Head Quarter (Japan) for success of 1st commodity loan from the Government of
Japan through Export-Import Bank of Japan to Ukraine in 1996/1997 and succeeded in
amount of $10.3 million for pesticides supply.

1981-1986 Ukrainian Agricultural Academy, the faculty of agricultural machinery,
honours degree, Kiev, Ukraine.
1986-1990 Post Graduate Course at All-Union Scientific Research Institute for the
Sugar Beet, Kiev, Ukraine. In 1991 I finished my Thesis and obtained
Ph.D. degree in Machinery Engineering. During this period I also attended
training as follows:

April of 1987 - Supreme State Advanced Training Courses for Theory and
Practice of Patenting and Protection of Author’s Rights, Kiev,
Ukraine. (honour degree)
Dec of 1988 - Inter-branch Trade-Improvement Courses for New Directions of
Techniques and Technologies (attached to Kiev’s Polytechnical
Institute), Kiev, Ukraine.

1995 Two weeks training course in Budapest, Hungary for improvement of
