· As part of the SMX educational center, SMX Academy exclusively provides quality education through custom-made training for beginners, whom we then employ at our partner companies. We also provide businesses with specially designed programs to assist them in improving and upgrading their existing personnel. Our primary focus has been on providing our services to IT companies.

· My area of responsibility in my current role:

- Establish partnerships and connect with companies that are searching for talent.
Conduct an extensive study on the companies, attempting to determine the technologies they are using and, via open communication, determining in what direction they want to expand. Throughout the process, we determine the methods and areas in which we can collaborate and help each other grow.

- Plan the framework of the training programs
Conduct rigorous data analysis on which technologies are in high demand, while also receiving constructive input from our partner companies. We develop the framework according to the last studies, attempting to optimize the overall efficiency of our product by using the most recent practices.

- Identify suitable lecturers for the programs
Conduct in-depth interviews with possible applicants, assessing their general technical expertise in the program they are considered for. Evaluating their qualifications and willingness to broaden their horizons and share their knowledge with our students.

- Make adjustments based on feedback given from our students, professors, and partner companies.
Maintain ongoing research on the newest trends and methodologies. Collect regular feedback from the various teams. Apply improvements based on the information gathered and further improve the quality of our product.

-B2B & B2C sales of upcoming academies and courses.
Make first contact with hot leads, while engaging in a continuous search of leads through different mediums like LinkedIn, organizing webinars and groups.

·I attended a 12-month coding BOOTCAMP that has its methodology. The BOOTCAMP featured no instructors or academic learning methods; instead, we paired with other students and had to learn using the open-source material provided and work on real-life projects. We had specific guidelines to follow as well as deadlines to meet. Failure to follow BOOTCAMP’S guidelines would result in contract termination.

·More experienced IT professionals constantly reviewed our code, and we had to make constant modifications to get it as near to the real product as possible.

·We had to code for 8 hours every day, up to 5 days per week, which made it feel like a genuine job.

·I chose to concentrate on back-end development rather than completing the 12-month program as anticipated, and I ended my contract early.
