Responsibilities:
-Organization of uninterrupted work
-Motivation and control of all personnel
-Selection, training of employees
-Maintaining checklists, reporting on trades and other internal documentation, conducting
inventories
-Conducting daily meeting with staff
-Drawing up work schedules for staff and maintaining timesheets
-Working with program 1c
