Responsibilities:

• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
• Verify availability of room type and rate.
• Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
• Answer guest questions about property facilities/services e.g., hours of operation, room availability, restricted dates, rates, and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events.
• Input and access data in the reservation system. Indicate special room reservation types by inputting the correct code and rate into the reservation system.

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in a similar position at least for 1 year;
• Fluent English and Ukrainian (speaking and writing);
• Accuracy and attention to details;
• Being able to work in a team;
• Display a positive and creative approachable attitude;
• Hotel experience will be plus;
• Good communicative, organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills;
• Willingness to work under the pressure.
• Knowledge of programs 1C, Opera, Fidelio will be a privilege.
