Senior Dispatch Logistics Coordinator

We are an American freight dispatch service company with office in Miami (USA).

Specifically you will do:

• Selecting drivers from available data.
• Negotiating load prices with brokers/shippers.
• Providing load information and instructions to drivers.
• Handling agreements between brokers and carriers.
• Collecting proof of deliveries from drivers.
• Monitoring cargo orders and ensuring value control for each transaction.
• Overseeing deliveries to ensure timeliness and maintaining accurate load logs.
• Cultivating sustainable business relationships with clients and building long-term partnerships with drivers.

We believe you should have:

• Experience in USA DISPATCHING industry 2+ year
• The ability to be independent dispatcher
• English Advanced +
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong self-management and problem solving skills
• The ability to work remotely

• Strong communication, including writing, speaking, and active listening
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
