Requirements

• Higher education (preferably with advanced degree in English)
• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Experience in humanitarian field a plus
• Fluent Ukrainian, Russian, English
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time

• Excellent computer skills (Excel, MS Office, MS Teams, among others)

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate processes and procedures related to HR, Finance, and Logistics
• Coordinate scheduling across multiple departments and functions for activities ranging from onboarding new hires, partner meetings, external interviews and more
• Develop and implement logical electronic filing systems; re-organize existing electronic files into new file structures, ensuring appropriate access levels for confidential files
• Gather, enter, and/or update data to maintain electronic administration records and databases, as appropriate
• Act as intermediary between World Vision international staff and local staff, partners, and beneficiaries
• Provide written translating services for English into Ukrainian, and from Ukrainian into English
• Provide simultaneous translating services for English into Ukrainian, and from Ukrainian into English
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Full-time in office presence
• Travel up to 20% is likely
