Vacancy: Personal assistant.
Place of work: Cairo, Egypt
Global Investment for Real Estate Development is looking for an energetic and responsible person for the position of personal assistant for our Ceo. We are looking for a candidate who can assist us in our day-to-day operations and be responsible for a variety of tasks.
Duties:
- Manage calendar and record appointments.
- Make reports and presentations.
- Coordinate and accompine all travel and provide logistics.
- Assist with creating and sending email.
- Conduct research and gather information from various sources.
- Perform various tasks as assigned by management.
- handling all personal taskes related to the Ceo
Requirements:
- Responsibility and organization.
- High level of communication skills.
- Willingness to perform various tasks.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Knowledge of the English language at the intermediate level or higher.
- Desire to work in an international company.
