A five-star hotel Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv is currently looking for Front Office Agent to join our team!

Main responsibilities:

• Guest arrivals and departures process;
• Processing of all necessary payments during the shift;
• Handle & coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals;
• Handle guests' concerns;
• Offer referral for services and handle requests for information;
• Handle and store luggage;
• Assist with the check-in and check-out of groups and tours;
• Assist other departments as required.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Fluent English;
• Decision making skills;
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Knowledge of Opera (PMS) is a must.
