Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of residential or commercial properties.
• Handle tenant relations, lease agreements, and rent collection.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and manage property budgets.
• Conduct leasing activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage vendors and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management or real estate.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of local regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Work hours from 4PM to 12AM Kyiv
• Candidate MUST have Intermediate level of English
