What you will be doing as Inventory Accountant in Nikolaev?

• Accounting for movement and control of Inventory values, spare parts, assets, construction in progress;
• Posting/Writing off goods, processing the return of goods to the supplier;
• Reconciliation of mutual settlements with suppliers;
• Issuance of powers of attorney to receive Commodity values;
• Full display of the information contained in the primary documents accepted for accounting, on accounting accounts; Control of the correctness of initial documents for warehouse accounting, etc.
• Control and participation in inventories of stocks, commodity, spare parts, fixed asset, formation of inventory information, summary of received information.
• Preparation of data for inclusion in financial and statistical reporting; Compilation of separate forms of periodic reporting.

What do we expect from our future Inventory Accountant?

• University degree,
• Minimum 3 years working experiences in similar role,
• Accounting and reporting knowledge of IFRS rules, the Tax Code of Ukraine.
• Experience in working with primary documents: expense invoices, return invoices, acts of reconciliation of mutual settlements,
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure.

Nice to have:

• Communicative English,
• Knowledge of SAP,
• 1C knowledge.
