Описание вакансии

Responsibilities:

Maintaining customer accounts and working with customer billing systems
Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues
Tracking overdue invoices and following up on them
Assisting with month-end closing

Requirements

Minimum of 1−2 years of experience in accounting
Based in Lviv or Kharkiv
Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
Ability to be flexible and assist with other projects when needed
Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Ability to work well in both a team setting and independently

Preferred Skills

Intermediate+ English level
Strong MicrosoftExcel knowledge
Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
Ability to work collaboratively with the team to improve the process

Work Schedule · 10 am — 7 pm

Flexibility in working hours for meetings scheduled with headquarters at later UA business hours
