We are looking for a motivated and inspired individual for the position of Dispatcher. Candidates will be briefed and trained for the role.

Compensation: Hourly rate. Company-wide bonus program, when we succeed together, we celebrate together!

Employment type: full-time 8.30 am — 6 pm, New York time

Responsibilities:

• Coordination between Project Managers and Installers; • Maintaining customer data in Hub Spot CRM; • Working with ClickUP; • Project planning (working with calendar settings, google drive, spreadsheets); • Involve relaying important project details, timelines, and client expectations to the installation team accurately; • Engaging with numerical data and measurements;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or glazing industry • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • 2−5 years of relevant experience • English (B2) • Computer savvy • International work experience (preferred) • Excellent verbal communication and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively • Great interpersonal skills and customer service • Quick learner with problem-solving abilities • Responsible, goal-oriented, and organized • Сapacity to remain calm under pressure
