Advanced Main Dispatcher

Our client Garant.Inc — leading transportation provider in the USA, is now looking for an Advanced Main Dispatcher.

Garant.Inc. is a nationwide transportation company that has been for 12+ years in the industry and is well known for its excellent customer service.

The company aims to create long-term customer relationships and provide the highest freight logistics services possible.

We are looking for an Advanced Dispatcher, who has:

• At least two year of dispatching experience in the US with with step deck and flatbed trailers.
• Fluent English «B2» and higher.
• Knowledge to work with TL and LTL loads.
• Willingness to make decisions independently.

Your responsibilities:

• Searching and booking loads.
• Dispatching drivers.
• Rout planing.
• Provide time-critical updates for the current loads.
• Provide support to customers and solve current problems.
• Negotiating rates with brokers
• Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Update truck locations in the system.
• Work with documents (paying attention to notes on rate confirmation and BOL)
