With a commitment to seamless collaboration and cutting-edge technology, our fully remote, dynamic development team is seeking a UI/UX Analyst & Designer to lead the way in crafting exceptional user experiences and designs.
Join Our Team:UI/UX Analyst & Designer
Your Role:
As a pivotal member of our development team, you’ll take charge of the UI/UX design process from inception to implementation. Your creative vision will shape acteamo, influencing not only its aesthetics but also how it’s experienced by users. This role is an opportunity to leave a lasting impact, working alongside our virtual development team and engaging directly with Data Cave management.
Key Responsibilities:
- User-Centric Design: Proactively gather and analyze user requirements to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by regularly researching competitor tools to inform design decisions.
- Creative Implementation: From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, lead the design and deployment of UI/UX for both web and mobile platforms.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify UX challenges, spearhead the transition from draft to deployment, and iteratively refine designs based on feedback and analysis.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with our developers, test analysts, and management to bring your designs to life, ensuring a cohesive and user-focused product.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- Proven UI/UX Expertise: Demonstrable experience in UI/UX analysis and design, particularly for complex web applications and enterprise solutions.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in wireframing and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, or Balsamiq, and comfortable with image authoring tools.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and modern design patterns. Experience with versioning tools (Mercurial, Git) is a plus.
- Agile Advocacy: Experience with or openness to agile methodologies, demonstrating initiative and proactive engagement for the betterment of the product and team.
- Team Player: Exceptional collaboration skills, with a knack for engaging stakeholders and team members alike.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, with Romanian, Polish, or Ukrainian language skills considered a bonus.
