Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visually compelling website layouts that not only captivate visitors but also drive conversions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to ensure designs are consistent with our brand’s message and user experience goals.
• Utilize data and user feedback to inform and iterate on design choices, ensuring the website remains optimized for engagement and conversion.
• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
• Ensure website compatibility across various browsers and devices, providing a seamless experience for all users.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ year) as a Web Designer with a portfolio that showcases a keen eye for design and an understanding of conversion-driven layouts.
• Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma) and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• A unique ability to balance aesthetic design with functional usability, ensuring our website is both stunning and strategically optimized for conversions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members from non-design backgrounds.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
