For our Finance team in Kyiv we are seeking qualified professional to fill the position of

Financial Controller

RESPONSIBILITIES

• preparing complete monthly reporting package (BS, P&L etc.) for submission to HQ according to strict deadlines
• working closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
• working on monthly management reports as well as ad-hoc reports
• leading the annual budget and rolling forecast process
• providing ongoing monitoring and analysis of budget vs. actual performance
• treasury management: cash flow forecast and communication with banks
• liaising with external auditors
• participating in implementation of the new accounting software (BAS)

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. ACCA or CIMA certification would be a big plus.
• Proven experience (min 5 years) in a similar role
• Experience in international companies or group of companies is an asset
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is an additional advantage
