What will you do:

• Conducting risk assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends.
• Establishing policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organizations services and departments.
• Reviewing and assessing risk management policies and protocols.
• Making recommendations and implementing modifications and improvements.
• Recommending and implementing risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, or recovery measures.
• Reviewing and analyzing metrics and data such as cash flow, inventory, breakage, and employee activity that could uncover fraudulent behavior.
• Drafting and presenting risk reports and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff.
• Performing other duties as directed.
