Database Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MsSQL databases.
• Install, configure, and optimize databases.
• Manage user accounts and security permissions.
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement backup and recovery procedures.
• Utilize AWS cloud services for database management.
• Collaborate with developers and IT professionals.
• Document procedures and processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA).
• High-level proficiency in managing MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MsSQL.
• Experience with AWS cloud for database management.
• Strong understanding of database security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell.
• Additional certifications in AWS or relevant technologies are a plus.
