We seek a proactive, self-motivated, and disciplined individual to join our sales team. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities through outbound efforts, confirming their potential, and supporting the initial stages of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research on companies and potential contacts based on the ideal customer profile;
  • Crafting messages for lead-generation initiatives;
  • Engaging with business stakeholders primarily through LinkedIn and email communication;
  • Overseeing follow-up procedures;
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings or calls between potential clients and sales managers;

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation roles or similar fields (e.g., customer relationship management, sourcing);
  • Strong willingness to grow within the lead generation domain;
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and social networking tools;
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail;
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency in both written and oral communication is essential;

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and LinkedIn automation tools;
  • Knowledge of communication channels like WhatsApp, and Telegram;
  • Strong user of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook;
  • Experience in setting up and executing automated email campaigns;
  • Proficiency in cold calling;
