Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR People Partner to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our company’s culture and communication strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to foster a cohesive and collaborative environment across our diverse international teams, ensuring alignment with our corporate values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement innovative strategies to strengthen company culture and enhance internal communication.

● Serve as a key liaison between various teams located in Germany, Portugal, Egypt, the UK, and the USA, building bridges and promoting unity across different cultural and geographical landscapes.

● Coordinate and conduct regular business trips to our global offices, ensuring a consistent and inclusive approach to HR practices and employee engagement.

● Provide guidance and support in resolving complex HR issues, maintaining a focus on fostering a positive and productive workplace.

● Collaborate closely with leadership and management teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

● Organizing team-building events and activities.

● Lead talent management and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

● Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, promoting an environment where all employees feel valued and respected.

● Keep abreast of global HR trends and best practices, applying them innovatively within our multinational context.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience from 2 years as an HR People Partner or a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporation.

● Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws across different countries.

● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.

● Demonstrated ability to manage and lead change within a diverse and dynamic environment.

● Fluent in English; additional language skills relevant to our operational regions are highly advantageous.

● Willingness and ability to travel frequently to our international offices.
