Описание вакансии

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office and assisting in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications for the CFO and COO, including screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents for the executive team. Assist in compiling data and information for financial and operational reports.
  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the calendars of the CFO and COO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
  • Expense Management: Manage expense reports and reimbursement processes for the CFO and COO, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Office/Travel Management

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an administrative assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
