Marketing manager in Kyiv

Our company a modelling and talent agency is looking for 4 candidates to handle our network of talents and models. They will be in charge of scouting and managing our models and talent networks. They will also be required to handle projects given to models and talents. Candidate are able to work remotely, however they will be required to travel for projects. Briefing of job and first time onboarding will be done in warsaw, Poland. Applicant is able to stay in ukraine for work and just have to report remotely. Main company is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Requirements:

• applicant must be well versed in english language, able to communicate in written and spoken english.
• Applicant able to create marketing materials, able to handle Microsoft office applications.
• Applicant is required to travel when required, all expenses will be paid by company.

Work conditions:

• Applicant is able to work remotely and report to manager via zoom and emails.
• Applicant must be able to travel if required to handle briefings and overseas projects.
• Mostly applicant will be travelling to poland of required.

Responsibilities:

• Applicant must be able to promote and find model talents.
• Applicant must be able to handle a large network of models for projects.
• Applicant will be in charge of handling all aspects of a photoshoot.
• Applicant must handle all finances involved for creating portfolios for models and photoshoot projects.
• Applicant must be able to coordinate with models, make up artists, videographer, photographers and other required professionals for video-shoots and photoshoots for projects.
