Danavero Inc. is looking for an aspiring Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you are an ambitious individual aiming for professional development, we have an excellent opportunity for you to realize your potential.
Required knowledge and skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales/research/lead generation in the B2B market in the IT sector;
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT lead generation;
- Experience with email/LinkedIn advertising campaigns;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience with CRM (Hubspot, etc.) and cold automation tools;
- Upper-intermediate in spoken and written English (B2+);
- Organized and goal-oriented individual.
Main responsibilities:
- Generating business leads primarily through outbound channels;
- Engaging and converting potential clients into leads;
- Building effective communication with potential clients through social networks (LinkedIn, email);
- Searching and analyzing information about potential or existing clients and markets;
- Active participation in identifying new markets and directions;
- Determining the ideal balance between client needs and company expertise;
- Working with cold outreach automation tools;
- Daily work with CRM;
- Fundamental research of companies and contacts in target markets and target companies.
- Scheduling meetings with the Sales Team
Will be a plus:
- Skills in creating and sending various types of content;
- Skills in data selection and analysis;
- Previous experience in an outsourcing/staffing company.
