«Interior Space Administrator»

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality welcome service for clients and guests of the interior space
• Ability to competently support a conversation with a client
• Introduce guests to the salon, company brands, and specialised managers
• Organisation and maintenance of order in the interior space
• Primary processing of orders, feedback, answering calls
• Maintaining documentation, managing the customer database in the CRM system
• Performing other management duties

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Fluency in English is a must!
• Experience in customer service from 1 year
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with Excel and Word
• Responsibility and self-organisation, multitasking and friendliness
• Sense of style and tact, natural sociability and intelligence are required
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to work in a team
