QUEENTILE IS SEEKING: Chief Sales Officer

QUEENTILE iscurrently seeking an experienced Chief Sales Officer to Build a Dealer Network to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Manager to Build a Dealer Network. This position is an exciting opportunity to develop and manage a dealer network, while showcasing our products in showrooms across the region. Ideal candidate will have a vast customer base and specialize in the sale of roofing tiles, motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, top performer who views this as an opportunity to accelerate their career trajectory while rewarding their bank account. This is a highly visible role in a very lucrative industry. The role will involve managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.

You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure the effective promotion of our products, and work with dealers to develop marketing strategies that are tailored to their specific needs.As the Manager to Build a Dealer Network, you will be responsible for building relationships with dealers and distributors, driving sales and managing customer relationships.In addition to building relationships with dealers, you will be responsible for setting up and managing our showrooms. You will work with the sales team to ensure that our products are displayed in an attractive and engaging manner, and that they are presented to customers in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits.The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of building and managing a dealer network. QUALIFICATIONS

5 + years of sales extensive experience selling roofing tiles (required).

  • Substantial knowledge of various roofing types, construction capacity or roofing specific.
  • Experience in building a dealer network
  • Possession of a client base of sellers and distributors throughout the United States of companies that can and do sell a product similar to our product. Stone-coated metal roofing.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Find 1−2 companies in each state of the USA that are willing to sell and represent our brand’s product.
  • Negotiate and conclude cooperation agreements with these companies.
