Internal IT Auditor

Job Requirements:

We’re in search of an enthusiastic candidate to join our team, contributing to the planning and execution of internal IT audit activities. Your role involves ensuring compliance, documenting findings, and aiding in external audits, all while fostering collaboration across teams. You will also be organizing efficient meetings, offer support for process optimization, and excel in crafting clear and concise documentation.

Audit Activities:

• Assist in planning and conducting internal IT audit activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external requirements
• Document audit findings, including identified risks and recommended improvements
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports for review by senior colleagues, management, and employees involved in processes
• Support external audits to ensure adherence to documentation, procedural requirements, and timely information provisioning
• Performing investigations and obtaining clarifications and explanations regarding identified deviations

Collaboration:

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather information regarding audit procedures
• Organization of meetings with subject matter experts to eliminate identified gaps
• Provide support to employees involved in maintaining and optimizing internal IT processes

Documentation Development:

• Create and update detailed documentation outlining internal IT audit procedures, ensuring reproducibility and transparency
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and easily understandable documentation for employees

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant experience in IT audit or a related field
• Excel and Google Spreadsheets — Advanced Level (Utilize advanced features for data analysis, manipulation, and visualization, create pivot tables to support audit activities)
• Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence, Slack
• Good communication skills
• Attention to details
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluency in English
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements (such as ISO 27001, NIST etc.) would be considered as an advantage
