Evergame team Ukraine is looking for a hardworking and responsible Lead generator (non-IT products) to help us improve our customer service. We want our company to be competitive and client-oriented and you will help us to meet our targets.

Requirements:

We are looking for our ideal option. We need either a person with work experience and English, or we can have a person without experience, with knowledge of Chinese / Korean / Japanese
Excellent client service skills
Team player and a quick learner with the ability to work with less supervision
Ability to work sometimes in the US zone (schedule will be negotiated, but no late night shifts)

Main Duties:

Representing the company in international markets
Written and oral communication (via phone, Skype, WhatsApp) with b2b customers
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, offer the stock to increase profits
Evaluating the needs of customers and reporting to the management
