Truck Dispatcher (US Market)

Join the dynamic team at OCMC Trucking Inc., a rapidly expanding Flatbed & Step Deck trucking company. We are currently in search of a detail-oriented and experienced dispatcher to enhance our operations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the US market (experience with Truckstop.com and DAT preferred)
• Familiarity with software such as ProTransport and Motive is advantageous
• Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to negotiate rates confidently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Schedule: Remote, 15:00—1:00 (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Receive load requests via email or phone
• Provide quotes for routes and coordinate drivers for local and national assignments
• Effectively dispatch drivers with precise instructions for pick-up and delivery
• Stay updated on available loads, negotiate rates, and maintain dispatch boards
• Maintain quality relationships with brokers, clients, and drivers
• Cultivate new partnerships with customers and brokers
• Lead drivers and monitor routes, ensuring timely updates as required
