Описание вакансии

InCappuccino we do kitchens and other types of cabinet furniture. Due to continued growth of the company, we have a requirement for aPurchasing Administrator who will play a crucial role in managingprocurement processes and ensuring that the right materials andservices are acquired for the smooth operations of the project.

JobDescription

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with suppliers in English via email and phone
  • Manage purchasing/procurement for daily operations
  • Input data on our internal system in an efficient and timely manner and keep team up to date on any issues/ delays etc
  • Resource Planning — Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Devise initiative to drive purchasing/procurement performance.
  • Improve procurement/purchasing policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Assistance with estimation sourcing costs for materials and identifying alternative suppliers.
  • Work closely with Warehouse department managing urgent demands, arranging local collections & deliveries, booking transport ensuring all shipping & freight documentation is accurate & compliant.
  • Procuring freight services that are cost effective and meet required deadline.
  • Develop/ improve efficiencies within the supply chain process
  • Liaise with the Accounts department as and when required
  • Maintain subcontractor and supplier database
  • Monitor supplier performance and optimise business operations.
  • Assist with sourcing, negotiating pricing with suppliers and building excellent relationships with them
  • Carry out admin function relating to relevant project folders
  • Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your Line Manager

    Requirements:

  • English B2

  • Work at home with own PC and internet

  • Be online Mon-Fri from 10am to 7pm

  • Experience in purchasing and/or kitchen furniture is preferred
