The Role:

In this remote-first position, you’ll be responsible for proactively sourcing and attracting high-caliber candidates for our open positions across Ukraine and abroad. You’ll be a key player in building our talent pipeline and ensuring we have a steady stream of qualified individuals to consider.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and online job boards to identify talent.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
• Reach out to and engage with potential candidates, crafting compelling messages to pique their interest in our opportunities.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep candidate data organized.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and sourcing best practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing or a related recruitment role.
• Proven ability to source high-quality candidates through various channels.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and other online research techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate core working hours.
• Fluency in English, +1 foreign language would be a plus
• A passion for recruiting and building relationships.
