Responsibilities:

Embrace a culture of sales excellence, including established sales processes
Listen and understand client’s needs while aligning Vector services where business opportunities exist
Foster strong relationship with clients and deliver high levels of client care
Present and demonstrate how our services work, coordinating sales and client training
Prepare accurate and complete moving estimates and quotes over the phone in accordance with company standards pricing

Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree in Finance, Marketing or Business (Bachelor's preferred)
1 + year of sales or customer service experience in B2C or B2B environment
Strong verbal and written English communication
Familiarity with CRM
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Motivated and target- driven with demonstrated success in sales
Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct the customer
Strong organizational and time managements skills
Focused on a long term sales career
