Vacancy: Secretary/assistant in an advertising company

We, Pinha Limited, are looking for an energetic and organized person to fill the position of Secretary/ Assistant in our advertising company. We specialize in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns and process automation.

Duties:

Providing organizational and administrative support for the company’s business processes
Performing various tasks related to the management of advertising campaigns
Correspondence and processing of incoming and outgoing documentation
Performing auxiliary tasks

Requirements:

Fast learning skills of new processes and the ability to summarize them
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team and communicate with different people
Ability to work with documents and process information
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively manage time and priorities
Knowledge of Meta and Google Ads is an advantage for this position, but not required
