Crunch is seeking a dynamic and experienced English teacher to join our team. As an English Teacher, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the English language proficiency of our employees and fostering effective communication skills in a business context. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct English language classes for adult learners within the IT company setting.
Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to various levels of English proficiency.
Create courses focused on business-related topics to align with the professional needs of our employees.
Assist students in improving public speaking and overall communication skills.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate language learning into the company’s training program.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching adults.
Excellent business communication skills.
General understanding of the IT field.
Flexibility to work with various levels of English proficiency.
Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive lesson program.
Willingness to build courses around business-related topics rather than general subjects.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position with approximately 40 hours per week.
Monday to Friday.
