Creative content manager

For our partner — a holding in gambling consultancy and its gambling projects with over 15 years of experience Gambling Solutions, we are looking for aCreative content manager with experience in gambling industry to join the team remotely or in the Bucharest, Romania office (relocation is supported by the company)

We’re looking for a friendly and innovative Creative Content Manager to join our team. You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop creatives, attractive designs and texts for various campaigns.

This position is perfect for someone with experience

in the gambling industry, a willingness to learn, and a creative eye for social media design.

Responsibilities:

• Generating and making creative ideas to increase customer base and conversions.
• Setting tasks for the content team (designers, etc.) and monitoring their execution.
• Working with content (texts) for various sources and channels, including social networks.
• Planning and implementing a content plan in line with marketing goals.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of creative ideas and implementing changes to improve results.
• Regularly updating information to keep it relevant and engaging.
• Continuous improvement and development of skills in content management and the gambling industry.
• Generating creative ideas for campaigns, banners, posts, and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in the gambling industry for a minimum of two years.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Tier 3 geographical markets, with Tier 2 markets also considered.
• Ability to generate and create creative ideas to increase customer base and conversion.
• Experience in setting tasks for the content team (designers, etc.) and monitoring their execution.
• Proficiency in working with content (texts) for various sources and channels.
