Join Maxximize as a Remote Sales Account Manager! Are you passionate about customer service and ready to lead sales and lead generation activities in a boutique outsourcing company? Maxximize is seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to develop and nurture client relationships, manage accounts, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and implement account strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Execution: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure alignment and delivery of exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the outsourcing or customer service industry.
  • Strong track record in lead generation and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus.

Compensation:

  • Base monthly pay: UAH 35,000−50,000 (based on qualifications)
  • Additional very generous sales commissions, bonuses on targets, and other rewards.
