Design Lead

We are seeking a talented Design Lead to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual assets. As a Design Lead at Presidio Analytics, you will collaborate with our team to create engaging designs across various platforms, including digital and print.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute original design concepts for various projects, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, website assets, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet objectives and timelines.
• Create visually appealing layouts, typography, and graphics that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance brand identity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
• Review and provide feedback on designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project briefs.
• Prepare final artwork files for production and collaborate with vendors when necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Experience in packaging design, retail display and signage design, branding and logo design, social media design, and email newsletter design (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
• Experience with web design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
