Jobsphera LLC is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team!

Your daily responsibilities include sourcing, qualifying, validating (running pre-screening interviews) in order to provide qualified candidates to our clients.

You will also network online with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for building a strong technical talent pipeline to help hire and retain skilled candidates for our customers' IT and IT-related business positions.

Responsibilities

Sourcing & pipelining candidates through online channels (job boards, internal database and professional networks)

Organize candidates into specific talent categories (pipeline), by using inbound and outbound methods.
Handling clear resume reviews
Running phone / zoom pre-screening meetings
Conducting and running interviews with our clients
Reference checks (when required)
Foster long-term relationships with candidates by communicating with the intention of placing candidates with prospective employers
Maintain relationships with the candidate community for referrals, and public outreach on behalf of JobSphera LLC
Field questions from candidates on the JobSphera LLC delivery process and guide them through staffing cycle
Follow up with candidates routinely
