Описание вакансии
GOAL: Provide technical support to the project staff, organize assessments and keep an eye on the food security situation. Ensure supervision of the program objectives and organize the teams in the absence of the HoD FSL. Manages the Red Rose platform and oversees the design and implementation of CVA.
Requirements:
- University degree in international development, agronomy, economics or related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in food security or development programs;
- Experience in project management and coordination;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills;
- English language skills at a level that allows for business negotiations.
Mission 1: Provide technical support to the food security programms
Activities:
- Support the implementation of Up Cohesia, RedRose and Moneygram (Financial Service Providers) in the mission and be the focal point to liaise with HQ, RTO to fix any issues, propose improvement and feedback;
- Acts as main admin of the RedRose platform, setting up accounts and ensuring correct usage by all departments.
- Participate in the analysis and approval of intermediate and final reports;
- Participate in writing donor proposals and reports;
- Consolidate program data from different bases and ensure they are properly reported to relevant stakeholders (internal reporting, cluster and working groups reporting)
- Provides continuous technical support to PMs in the design and implementation of CVA programs.
Mission 2:Analyse the food security situation and evolution and participate to program orientation
Activities:
- Develop and harmonize tools for the follow up of the food security and cross-sectors CVA projects;
- Organize food security and CVA surveys and evaluations; ensure methodology are validated by the HoD;
- Participate in internal and external coordination meetings, in particular the Cash Working Group, as per the request to the HoD due to specific technical needs;
- Participate in identifying structural, economic and other constraints and take them into account in future programs;
- Support HoD FSL for new program directions.
Mission 3: Coordinate staff training/ Partners
Activities:
- Focal point for Up Cohesia, RedRose and Moneygram (Financial Service Providers) within the mission for FSL staffs and staffs involved in the platform such as finance or MEAL;
- Identify technical training needs for PMs in collaboration with DFCs and for partners in link with the partnership department;
- Organize and support the training with relevant service provider or team members
- Evaluate and measure training impact.
Mission 4: Compliance to the ACF Values & Principles, Gender equality, Child protection sensitivity and Safeguarding policies.
- Ensure compliance and exhibiting ACF Values i.e. helping people in need, No-discrimination, Transparency, Neutrality, Independence, and Professionalism.
- Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender, Child Protection and other safeguarding policies
- Implement all work related activities with a gender, inclusion and child protection lens
- Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability
