Construction Project Manager in Limassol (Cyprus)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Construction Project Manager / Менеджер будівельних проектів (Контроль якості будівництва).

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from inception to completion, starting from scratch and taking them through to operational status
• Create work schedules for the project
• Work with suppliers, including sourcing, conducting tenders, negotiating contracts, and overseeing material delivery schedules
• Coordinate budget approvals with all involved parties
• Monitor quality and ensure alignment with approved design standards
• Provide weekly project progress reports

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in positions such as a foreman, master, or supervisor in construction companies, or with construction crews (experience in Cyprus is a plus)
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Advanced English (knowledge of Greek, Ukrainian or Russian is a plus)
