Junior Leasing Manager

We are looking for: Junior Leasing Manager (Gdańsk, Poland)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of applicable legislation in connection with leases and real estate in Ukraine will be an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Full working proficiency in English both verbal and written including contract language. Native/bilingual or full working proficiency in Ukrainian. Intermediate Polish is a must.
• Confident knowledge of MS Office, preferably basic AutoCad
• Valid B driver license

Responsibilities:

• Execution of brand expansion plans: suitable locations search, negotiating lease conditions with landlords
• Handling all documentation in relation to leasing process (preparing data & documents, coordinating compliance verification, managing existing leases for your portfolio)
• Facilitate project execution after lease is signed coordinating in a positive and collaborative way with other functions
• Managing existing leases for your portfolio: prolongation, amendments, problem solving with the landlord upon request of other functions
