Sales Manager Assistant

We are an American hauling company with Ukrainian background that is looking for a new employer to join our team.

Since 2012, the company has been continuously growing, we run E. Coast to W. Coast Freight and back LTL & FTL (53' dry van, reefer, 26' box truck).

Requirements:

• English — upper intermediate (both spoken and written with a good understanding of native speakers) or above. All needed vocabulary will be given and training will be provided;
• Ukrainian;
• Confident user of a PC (Excel, Google Maps, Gmail);
• Ability to provide highly organized, detail oriented, on time service;
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks, multitasking and remaining calm under pressure;
• A teamworker, strong communication skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

Experience in logistics (USA market) would be a benefit.

Working schedule for the shift is M-F 14:00−23:00 (Kyiv time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering data into the system and Excel file;
• Double checking pick up and delivery info by calling/emailing shippers/receivers;
• Tracking the trucks to be able to provide customers with up-to-date information on the status of delivery;
• Daily communication via phone calls, emails and group chats with drivers, dispatchers, other coworkers and customers to help the team to ensure on-time service for all shipments.
