What We Do:

• Deep steam cleaning of carpets, sofas, sectionals, rugs, and mattresses

• Use of eco-friendly, child- and pet-safe products

• Professional-grade equipment for exceptional results

What We Offer:

• Remote work

• Schedule: Monday — Friday (5 days) from 9 AM to 6 PM EST, (16:00 to 01:00 Kyiv time)

• Compensation: $700 base salary + from 2% commission (based on KPI)

• Training at our expense (including paid courses)

• Clear career growth path: Sales Manager → Team Lead → Head of Sales → COO → Partner

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience in the U.S. market

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Proficiency with CRM systems, messengers, and IP telephony

• Confidence in handling objections effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with U.S. clients via Google, Instagram, website, and Thumbtack

• Sell services using ready-made scripts (no cold calls)

• Schedule jobs, manage technician routes and calendars

• Maintain CRM: enter tasks, track progress, update statuses

• Follow up with clients post-service

• Prepare reports on leads and completed jobs

• Contribute to script and service quality improvements
