Be part of something meaningful. Nordic Harvest Mission is launching Nordic Aid, a new humanitarian initiative in Ukraine. We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and mission-driven Executive Assistant to support our Country Director in leading Nordic Aid’s operations—admin, communication, reporting, coordination, and humanitarian programs.

💸 Compensation: 30,000 UAH / month

📌 Requirements

✔ Proven experience in admin/executive roles

✔ Strong English (spoken and written)

✔ Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, MS Office)

✔ High integrity & values-driven

✔ NGO/humanitarian experience is a plus
