🌍 Remote Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Remote Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a dynamic U.S.-based hotel owner and commercial real estate agent. This full-time, remote position is critical for maintaining seamless operations, fostering professionalism, and enhancing our competitive edge. Availability during U.S. Pacific Coast business hours is a non-negotiable requirement.

💼 About This Opportunity:

  • Remote | Full-Time | U.S. Pacific Coast Business Hours
  • Compensation: 40,000 — 50,000 UAH per month, based on experience, complemented by attractive performance-based bonuses and clear pathways for career advancement.
  • An initial introductory month (paid weekly at 10,000 UAH) will serve as a focused training period and mutual assessment of fit.
  • Location Type: Fully Remote, with potential future travel to the U.S.

🛠️ Core Responsibilities:

  • Correspondence & Scheduling: Efficiently manage all email communications, calendar appointments, and contact databases using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate online meetings, meticulously taking and distributing clear, actionable notes.
  • Document Management: Draft, expertly edit, and professionally format a variety of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Actively contribute to online marketing campaigns and SEO initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Develop and refine essential materials utilizing Microsoft Excel and Adobe InDesign.
  • Tech Integration: Provide technical assistance and actively support the implementation of new AI tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Client Relations: Deliver exceptional customer service and adeptly manage tasks within a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

✅ Essential Qualifications:

  • Time Zone Commitment: Non-Negotiable: Must be available to work U.S. Pacific Coast business hours. Applications unable to meet this time zone requirement will not be considered.
  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional English fluency (both written and spoken) is absolutely critical for this role.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of proven work experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar support role.
  • Education: Higher education required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Outlook.
  • Design Skills: Practical experience with Adobe InDesign.
  • Communication: Comfortable and highly effective communicating with clients via phone, video conferencing, and email.
  • Organizational Acumen: Proven ability to strategically prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain meticulous organization.
  • Digital Marketing: Experience in online marketing and SEO.
  • Adaptability: Highly tech-savvy, with a proactive mindset towards learning and adopting new digital tools, including AI.
