    Are you ready to make a difference? In this position, you will process and develop all customer leads — ensuring that every inquiry receives a fast, high-quality response. You’ll play a key role in identifying genuine sales opportunities and ensuring they are swiftly handed over to our sales teams for immediate follow-up and action.

    Your tasks:

    Manage & Participate in the European Lead to Opportunity Process

    • Contact customers following a pre-defined Megger sales qualification process
    • Promote the company’s products or services to prospective customers
    • Separate genuine leads from non-sales related actions and opportunities
    • Utilize CRM to record customer interactions in this lead and opportunity sales cycle
    • Enrich the quality of the of leads and opportunities & pass on to Megger sales team for further opportunity management
    • Continually review and improve the quality of related sales and marketing data
    • Ensure customer data protection guidelines are always followed
    • Maintain positive professional relationships with customers
    • Monitor Leads progress to ensure that corporate KPI’s are being met

    CRM Management & Support

    • Provide support to the CRM Team to ensure global Lead & Opportunity process adoption
    • Provide continuous support and constructive feedback to global lead generation & sales teams
    • Monitor the ongoing sales pipeline ‘health' in the CRM ensuring all records globally are complete and up to date, intervening as required to chase up and correct any deficiencies

    Cross Functional Collaboration

    • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders

    Your profile:

    • Strong interpersonal and service-oriented approach
    • Strong communication skills and confidence in reaching out to customers by phone
    • Fluent in English and German; additional language skills are an advantage
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
    • Experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service roles
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
    • CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
