With a robust fleet of 550 power units, we specialize in a range of transportation services, including dry, temperature-controlled, hazmat, and over-dimensional freight. Our team of experienced professionals and state-of-the-art equipment ensures the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability in every shipment we handle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing assigned customer accounts and relationships
• Acting as the primary point of contact between Vista and the customer
• Following up with the internal team on the status of current loads
• Accepting and entering loads into the company’s system
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry for all customer loads
• Verifying rates, pickup and delivery appointments, and required information
• Scheduling and rescheduling pickup and delivery appointments
• Collecting all required paperwork for opening and closing each load
• Ensuring add-ons, detention, layovers, and accessorial charges are properly collected from the customer
• Communicating with planners and the sales team to build strong, long-term strategies with clients
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and clear communication
• Monitoring performance of service teams to ensure high-quality, premium service delivery
• Protecting Vista’s interests while balancing customer priorities and expectations
• Following all company procedures, policies, and standards
