    Description: We are looking for a skilled Targetologist / Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with a focus on B2B lead generation.

    The primary focus is for Linkedin while other social media to be used to support the strategy. You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and scaling ad campaigns that drive results for our business clients.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in paid media buying (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
    • Strong analytical and optimization skills

    • Understanding of B2B funnels and lead generation

    • Basic knowledge of tracking tools (Pixel, UTM, Google Analytics)

    Work conditions:

    Remote

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and launch targeted ad campaigns on LinkedIn and if need be other SM like Facebook, Instagram, etc…
    • Conduct audience research and segmentation for B2B targeting

    • Track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and optimize budgets

    • A/B test creatives, landing pages, and copy

    • Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights
